The use of English as an International language
English, as a Universal tool of communication, must be different from the current local use. The origin of its enormous vocabulary offer coincidences with other European languages that share similar roots. This aspect presents an option to regularize an English vocabulary based on a European " vicinity ".
Esperanto is originally based on this concept. Unfortunately, Esperanto or English does not share a common root with Asian and African languages.

American Simplified English is based on complex vocabulary illiteracy.
This solution tends to terminate multiple languages' vocabularies bridges.
For example, the use of terminate instate of cut short, break off open a natural relation with French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese languages .. over a billion human sharing commune root languages since 1000 years.
